NCTU EECS Undergraduate Honors Program” is a pioneer in undergraduate interdisciplinary education in Taiwan. This program creates a flexible and creative study environment in the EECS to enhance our higher education quality. There are totally over 230 faculty members in the Colleges of ECE and CS supporting the teaching and research activities in the Honors Program. The goal of the EECS Undergraduate Honors Program is to educate students to be future leaders in both academic and industrial arenas, by equipping them not only with a solid background in the general EECS curriculum but also with a global exposure through studying abroad for at least one semester during their senior year at UIUC, CMU in the US, and KUL in Belgium. We hope the students in the honors program are able to fully develop their talents to be future elites in various academic societies, and leaders in the industries and societies.
