Advanced power Electronics Center

The APEC focuses on the research and development of high efficiency power conversion and management technologies based on the combination power electronics and microelectronics in applications to renewable energy, energy saving, motor drive, power management, intelligent lighting, and battery management. We focus on the development of power managemnt IC, power modules, and power conversion systems for high efficiency power conversion systems by the integration of multiple engineerting. The APEC consists of five major research laboritories: power electronic system and IC design Lab.,power management IC Lab., battery management IC Lab., servo and motion control Lab.,and power elctronic systems application Lab., five professors, and more than sixty graduate students.
